Advanced ServiceNow Developer Role

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with Advanced Security Clearance

A highly skilled ServiceNow developer is needed to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, creating, deploying, and maintaining multiple ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, SPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, and custom application development.
• Create, maintain, and customize ServiceNow configurations, facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions, handle general updates, and configure application UI, workflow, and API.
• Collaborate effectively with Mission Partners to define information technology goals and advise on re-engineering business processes.
• Provide expertise in standards and validations, such as ISO 9000.
• Confer with leadership and Mission Partners on process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of related experience or Master's with 5 years of experience, or Associate's with 9 years of experience.
• Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide.
• ServiceNow certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Understanding of best practices in workflow and process management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.
