Servicenow Expert Position Summary

This Servicenow position is a challenging opportunity for an experienced developer to take on the role of Team Lead and ServiceNow Senior Developer. The candidate will be responsible for providing support, analyzing customer requirements, developing solution architectures, leading development teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the development team.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solution architectures that address technical, management, and operational aspects.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, including roadmaps, optimization strategies, and architecture diagrams.
• Support building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
• Mentor junior ServiceNow Developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience or Master's degree and 5 years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience working with the US Federal Government.

Preferred Skills:

• Extensive experience with developing Servicenow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR.
• Strong technical discussion and review skills.
• Experience with system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• Industry experience in sectors like Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.
• Technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

Certifications:

• Servicenow certification (CIS).
• Certified System Administrator (baseline).
• Certified Application Developer (baseline).
