ServiceNow Technical Expert

Are you looking for a challenging role as an IT Service Management professional? STAND 8 is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to building a world-class brand-new global SNOW instance. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience with IT service management solutions in an enterprise environment, preferably ServiceNow.

• Candidate Profile:
• We are looking for a skilled developer with at least 4 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both functional and non-functional software testing.
• A certification in ServiceNow or equivalent practical experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and administer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with internal customers, Scrum Masters, Solution and Product Leads, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy features, enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the ServiceNow Transformation Project.
• Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
