Description and Requirements
We are considering remote candidates for this role, with a preference for the EST timezone.
Role Overview: As a ServiceNow Offerings Co-Development Manager, you will drive development of offerings and IP with ServiceNow, providing integration across all ServiceNow initiatives. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee DWS ServiceNow offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.
Stakeholder Coordination and Solutioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.
- Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management. This includes being the SME for industry deal solutioning.
Budget and Resource Management
- Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Own and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of managed services product development experience for a variety of enterprise-level customers.
- 5+ years of managed services experience working for a Systems Integrator or Managed Services Provider.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
