Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect

This senior position supports the Enterprise Systems Department at a prominent defense organization. The successful candidate will lead complex ServiceNow solution development, drive innovation and quality across projects, and design integrations with third-party technologies and AWS cloud services. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical direction for cross-functional teams of engineers.
• Design and integrate ServiceNow solutions with other platforms and AWS services.
• Innovate integration solutions to enhance data consistency and integrity.
• Develop and share integration standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve platform capabilities.
• Document overall platform architecture and implementation details.
• Assist in sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Mature and implement security solutions to meet evolving compliance requirements. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities.
• Experience designing and leading complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of Navy business processes.
• Familiarity with software design lifecycle methodologies.
