Senior ServiceNow Administrator Position

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform within our organization.

In this position, you will work closely with our IT team to develop and configure the ServiceNow platform, create support documentation, and provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities

• Work closely with our IT team to implement upgrades, maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create reports and dashboards Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare and configuration management database concepts and principles
