Senior ServiceNow Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with software design and development, as well as proven expertise in ServiceNow platform administration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment, including configuration and enhancement of core applications such as Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• 5+ years of experience with software design and development
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform administration
• System Administrator experience
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• CompTIA Security+ Certification
• Experience working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with LDAP integration and Web Service integration such as API Web Services
• Experience with ServiceNow development APIs and Single Sign-On configuration and administration Benefits
