ServiceNow ITOM Architect

Experience as a Senior Technical Analyst/Architect is required to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact and manage technical delivery from global/offshore teams.
• Understand the current class manager structure, identify unwanted custom classes, and remove them from CMDB using standard procedures.
• Gather Business services and associated application services lists and details from client teams.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to understand all layers of technology stacks that input into event management and service maps.
• Analyze instance status, prepare project plans to apply CSDM models, and define technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow Implementation Best Practices on event management.
• Translate customer requirements, study current configurations, and communicate solutions to clients.
• Implement various IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and define ITIL processes. Requirements
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, integration with third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Project Management, and merging multiple instances.
• End-to-End implementation experience with CMDB modules using Discovery tools in ServiceNow.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture, taking advantage of out-of-the-box functionality and minimizing required customization.
• Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules, including Discovery, CMDB & Event Management, ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and ITIL processes, as well as ITOM Architect expertise.
