ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for delivering software configuration and customization services, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.

This role will work closely with IT and business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. You will implement ServiceNow customizations, such as client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, business rules, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment. Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML 5 is also required.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate should be able to generate detailed documentation and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow customizations, including client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, business rules, and workflow administration.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to deliver software configuration and customization services.
• Implement data imports and integrate third-party software.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
• Experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML 5.
• Ability to generate detailed documentation.
• Strong communication skills.
