Enterprise ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing customer requirements and developing solution architectures that address technical, management, and operational aspects of proposals.

The selected candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD, five days a week.

• Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
• Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
• Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture, and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
• Support growth-related activities, including prototypes, and oral presentations.
• Maintain appropriate certifications for practice expertise. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience, Master's degree and one year of experience, or seven years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Five years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
• Three years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
• Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
• Experience supporting IT-related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM).
• Technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
• Written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.

• Additional ServiceNow CIS certification: CIS – Customer Service Management, CIS – IT Service Management, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS – Application Portfolio Management, CIS – Software Asset Management, CIS – Hardware Asset Management.
• Experience with Web development: X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java.
• Implementing Java scripting to support automation across various modules in ServiceNow.
• REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals.
• SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
