Full Stack ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient professional to join our organization. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including Virtual Agent and Live Agent capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform based on business requirements.
• Lead and support HRSD implementations, including Virtual Agent and Live Agent functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve HR processes and performance.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Manage the full software development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Perform environment migrations and coordinate ServiceNow upgrades and patches.
• Participate in agile development cycles.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and Virtual Agent / Live Agent.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Jelly, and Prototype scripting.
• Proficiency in web technologies: APIs, CSS, XML, HTML, and Web Services.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and how they support service lifecycle and business value.
• Experience with change management and system consolidations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog development.
