Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Cross Process Business Partner to support the successful execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of program management, change management, communications, and will play a pivotal role in enabling transformational change and ensuring cross functional stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate decision-making between Process Owners and Business Owners to conclude on design decisions, manage dependencies and risk controls
- Ensure optimal awareness, understanding, and adherence of global E2E processes across sales
- Develop and execute integrated communication plans that supports change programs and business objectives
- Craft clear, compelling content for multiple audiences and channels (e.g., executive updates, internal announcements, FAQs)
- Ensure consistent and transparent messaging across teams and departments
- Support time-bound project deliverables spanning prioritization, deal execution, pipeline and performance management aligned to Infrastructure and Automation priorities
- Serve as a connector across departments, helping to align efforts and remove barriers
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of key initiatives
- Assess change impact, readiness, and resistance; develop targeted plans and support materials to address them
- Step in as a flexible problem-solver, project driver, or interim lead on initiatives needing structure and momentum
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AIinto work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry
- 10+ years of experience in program management, change management, internal communications
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale transformations in matrixed, enterprise environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an engaging personality. A proven ability to effectively interface with a diverse range of roles at all levels
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-orientation/drive – must thrive in a dynamic environment
- High energy, strong work ethic, disciplined execution skills, willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $152,700 - $267,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
