About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on Employee Center projects, proposing and leading ServiceNow solution delivery based on client requirements. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing holistic solutions that drive productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of IT-focused ServiceNow solutions in client environments, aligning with best practices.
• Participate in process mapping, functional design, and analysis workshops, providing guidance and expertise.
• Work closely with business process owners to develop technical solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs.
• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions through estimation of effort, creation of user stories, and consideration of best practices.
• Support testing of implemented solutions and write high-quality technical deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of broad ServiceNow experience across the platform, specifically in Employee Center.
• A strong understanding of Service Portal and AngularJS, including the ability to write and maintain custom directives.
• Experience implementing specific ServiceNow products, such as Employee Center.
• Proven ability to leverage the ServiceNow platform to automate common requests and integrate with other platforms using programmatic methods.
• Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure, including networks, protocols, and email.
• Demonstrated work history with Agile development methodology.
