ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative applications and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITAM (SAM, HAM), CSM, HRSD, and ITSM
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Perform system maintenance, user administration, and configuration management
• Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Provide training, documentation, and support for ServiceNow applications Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• One or more of the ITSM implementation, HRSD, ITAM (SAM or HAM), or CSM certifications are preferred
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant scripting languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Must possess a public trust clearance
