Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a senior role that requires deep expertise in ITSM Pro, HRSD Enterprise, ITOM Visibility, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and CMDB. The position provides guidance on establishing technical governance processes.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural governance, system scalability, and process efficiency, ensuring the platform meets complex needs of a healthcare environment.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or programming preferred, or relevant work experience is required. 7+ years' experience in ServiceNow development, solution design, and implementation is also required.

• Up-to-date knowledge of different programming languages, such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of ITIL Processes.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems via API.
