Enterprise ServiceNow Solution Architect

ServiceNow Consultant Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow consultant to join our team. As a modern technology company, we specialize in disrupting the market and bringing innovative solutions to life for our clients.

This role is expected to act as a Customer Service Management (CSM) Platform Architect for ServiceNow engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, as well as experience working with complex systems and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing, architecting, and leading CSM solution delivery based on client requirements. They will work closely with clients to understand their long-term enterprise goals and design a roadmap to achieve them. Additionally, they will participate in design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities, and ensure quality delivery of technical solutions that meet customer requirements. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field or business management
• 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization
• 4+ years of deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation, or similar technology
• Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills What We Offer
