This role is expected to act as an Developer for ServiceNow engagements by proposing, architecting and leading ServiceNow solution delivery based on the requirements provided by the Slalom team and the Client. The solutions should be holistic in nature and include repeatable designs for productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of broad ServiceNow experience across the platform, including Platform upgrades, patches, etc. Custom Applications, Mobile Platform, Virtual Agent. They will also have advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Angular JS, PowerShell, MySQL, CSS, Web Services (REST/SOAP, XML, and HTML).

The Senior Consultant will support projects to implement IT focused ServiceNow solutions in client environments -- aligning with ServiceNow Implementation and Technical Best Practices. This would include participating in and providing guidance during process mapping, functional design, and analysis workshops. They will work with business process owners/SMEs to develop technical solutions including validation of the customer requirements with regards to 'needs' vs. 'wants'. The Senior Consultant will lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions through estimation of effort, creation of user stories all based on and considering ServiceNow and process design best practices and standards.

The successful candidate will have a BA/BS Degree in IT, Computer Science, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experience. They will also have certifications such as Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS - ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, GRC), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and ITIL or IT4IT certification.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary pay range of $110,000 to $203,000, and an annual discretionary bonus.
