We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead our most complex engagements, driving holistic solutions that meet client enterprise goals and best practices. As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate with both Slalom and client teams to deliver technical delivery efforts.
This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations.
- Conduct and facilitate technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
- Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
- Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, and early-stage solutioning.
- Guide delivery teams across development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
- Mentor and upskill developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities to guide client innovation. Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
- High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.
