Joining the Ignition Platform Engineering team means being at the forefront of IT service management delivery. You will collaborate with IT infrastructure and support services teams, working alongside passionate individuals who are committed to optimizing IT services to ensure world-class support that is critical to customer success.
Your mission is to develop a world-class customer experience and set new standards in IT delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, deploying enterprise platforms across various business units. You'll need to possess a deep understanding of core platform processes and the ability to articulate business requirements for optimal platform configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to develop, support, build integrations, and maintain our security posture for ServiceNow.
- Lead engineering engagements to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
- Coordinate with product and process owners to translate requirements into clear actionable goals.
- Utilize your experience with AWS technologies to create integration designs that enhance performance.
- Serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of ServiceNow.
- Emphasize operational excellence for the platform, focusing on continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Define program vision, strategy, and requirements in partnership with product teams, leadership, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Oversee complex programs from design to deployment, effectively communicating status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, transforming them into opportunities.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, release schedules, and implement process improvements.
- Establish program metrics and KPIs to measure success.
Qualifications:
- Over 7 years of direct experience with engineering teams.
- 5+ years in technical product/program management.
- A minimum of 4 years of enterprise-level ServiceNow expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven success in managing software development.
- Experience with AWS technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, budget, and risk management.
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs and reporting to senior leadership.
