Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to craft innovative solutions that address customer needs.
  • Propose enhancements to processes and technologies that will boost team efficiency and reduce technical debt.
  • Anticipate component usage and proactively assess capacity requirements.
  • Contribute valuable insights during story sizing, backlog grooming, and release planning sessions.
  • Participate in product and solution design to tackle complex challenges and critical issues.
  • Design and develop cross-Product solutions in ServiceNow to meet stakeholder objectives.
  • Engage in troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and maintenance for deployed ServiceNow products.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Actively participate in the engineering community, keeping up-to-date with the latest software technologies and best practices, and sharing your insights with colleagues.

Skills:

  • Ensure adherence to relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Design, code, test, optimize, and document ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and actions according to established standards.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) is essential.
  • Extensive experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) is a must.
  • Strong background in handling a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Engage in peer reviews to ensure and enhance code quality.
  • Manage ServiceNow enhancements that drive business performance improvements.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and modern application development practices.
  • Deep knowledge of ITSM products and associated development processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mandatory certifications in ServiceNow system administration and/or application development (CSA, CAD).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Micro or Implementation Certifications.
  • Agile Certifications.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $99,000.00 and $165,000.00 per year, commensurate with the candidate's skills, abilities, and experience. Additional performance-based incentives may be available.
