ServiceNow Developer/Admin

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and solution architecture, with a focus on developing and implementing ServiceNow applications. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our IT service management capabilities.

Duties

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize scripting languages to automate processes and improve system functionality.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system configuration.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems using APIs and microservices architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and IT infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including experience with modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
• Familiarity with Pegasystems is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including RAID controllers and VPN configurations.
• Experience in solution architecture with a focus on scalable system design.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture for application integration is a plus.
• Excellent scripting skills in languages such as JavaScript or Python for automation tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
