ServiceNow Specialist

This role is a 6-month contract (no extension or conversion to Permanant)

(Full Health, Vision & Dental benefits, as well as 401K, & weekly pay provided during contract portion)

The hourly pay rate of $35/hr - $50/hr. (paid weekly + time and a half for any overtime work)

This role is a going to be a hybrid role that is on-site 4 days a week and 1 day remote in Minneapolis, MN

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Operations Engineer for a large company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will join the ServiceNow Operations Delivery team. You will handle ServiceNow incidents and the request queue. You will also partner with the business to explore new opportunities to automate the operations processes, and support multiple ServiceNow modules. There are on-call needs due to the nature of the position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 6-months to 1 year of experience working on a ServiceNow Platform team.
• Experience supporting incident, problem, and Change Management process within ServiceNow team
• Ability to solve problems and strive to identify causes to problems.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
