Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:

  • Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices, leading the technical aspects of project delivery and solution implementation.
  • Develop Custom Applications, Integration Development, and implement a range of product offerings by ServiceNow.
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have:
  • More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and software development.
  • Expertise in writing JavaScript code, developing UI pages with JavaScript, Angular/React, and HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Good to have:
  • Work experience in CMDB, ITSM, SPM, SecOps modules.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
  • Experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.
  • Worked in Agile-based projects and comfortable with DevOps-based deployments.
