Job Title
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Consult internal customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices, leading the technical aspects of project delivery and solution implementation.
- Develop Custom Applications, Integration Development, and implement a range of product offerings by ServiceNow.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer experiences. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have:
- More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and software development.
- Expertise in writing JavaScript code, developing UI pages with JavaScript, Angular/React, and HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good to have:
- Work experience in CMDB, ITSM, SPM, SecOps modules.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
- Experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions.
- Worked in Agile-based projects and comfortable with DevOps-based deployments.
