Job Title: Remote ServiceNow Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring platform scalability and performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
• Implementing workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performing platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Developing and maintaining REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
