ServiceNow Solutions Architect in Financial Services

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Architect with expertise in designing and implementing large-scale solutions for the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive ServiceNow architectures tailored to meet the needs of Banking and Capital Markets clients.
• Design and implement digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, IRM/GRC, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow integrations with core banking, ERP, and cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation, with a focus on financial services operations.
• FSO certification (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and strong understanding of financial services operations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions to Banking and Capital Markets clients.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, IRM/GRC, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, and custom scoped apps.
• Proven ability to define technical architecture and platform strategy across large, regulated enterprises.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and governance requirements in financial services.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as ERP, CRM, identity platforms, and data lakes.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
