Virtual Interview Job Description:

• Create ServiceNow solutions for organisations using JavaScript, Web Services, MySQL, and CSS.
• Identify deficiencies within HRSD applications and create custom flows.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with other programs. Analyse technical development requirements and MID servers/REST API/ODBC.
• Develop a deep understanding of decision tables in ServiceNow for creating tickets and routing.
• Develop and troubleshoot AD/LDAP integration in ServiceNow applications.
• Provide documentation and in-depth knowledge for creating reports and dashboards.
• Develop and troubleshoot Service/ESC portals in ServiceNow applications.
• Configure workspaces (Agent, HRSD, and Service Operations workspaces).
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow ITOM Auto Discovery.
• Experience implementing the ServiceNow SAM Pro module independently.
• Champion the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage for SAM compliance.
• Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) while maintaining proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models.
• Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow IT Hardware and Software Asset Management.
• Take ownership and collaborate with IT Asset Management process/function owners and SMEs across IT to implement and enhance capabilities.
• Lead requirements and design workshops, and implementation.
• Design, develop, implement, and test ServiceNow IT Asset Management capabilities.
