We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications, developing workflows, and integrating solutions that meet complex business requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions including workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management.
• Collaborate with GRC stakeholders to define and refine processes within the platform.
• Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Ensure platform security and integrity through effective access controls (ACLs) and data policies.
• Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other web technologies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Preferred: CIS-GRC (Certified Implementation Specialist GRC) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, including IRM and GRC module implementations.
• Strong hands-on scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer).
• Proven experience with GRC/IRM frameworks and functions.
• Ability to configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog.
• Experience in supporting and implementing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in cross-functional GRC roles or implementations.
• Exposure to CMS, custom portals, or ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with AngularJS and HTML5 in the context of ServiceNow.
