Silotech Group is seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to support a government-hosted DevSecOps environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow implementation and integration, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of secure cloud acquisition, Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, and will contribute to functional analysis, workflow development, and process improvement efforts.

Location

Work location is onsite at a secure government facility in San Antonio, TX. Remote flexibility is not authorized for this role. Travel may be required and will be reimbursed per Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).

Clearance Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance required at time of application.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements aligned with mission needs
• Plan and develop detailed functional requirements and supporting documentation
• Build and maintain workflows and functional models within ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain procedures, operational guidelines, and functional architectures
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet ATO and cloud security requirements
• Provide expert-level support for ITSM, ITOM, and SAM modules in a DevSecOps environment

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of recent and relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation and integration
• Demonstrated experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management in federal environments
• Hands-on experience supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes for secure cloud systems
• Background in government DevSecOps environments required

Certifications:

• IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, GSEC)
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) desired but not required

Desired Skills

• Strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to develop procedures and functional architectures supporting enterprise-scale operations
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional government teams
• Familiarity with RMF and FedRAMP controls within ServiceNow
