Job Title

Lead ServiceNow Developer - Software Engineer 4 - Contingent

A Lead ServiceNow Developer is required to implement solutions by configuring and customizing all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.

• Implement solutions by configuring and customizing all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document new and existing features for business applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on coding standards, tooling, and frameworks.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Maintain technical understanding of third-party/cloud integrations and solutions.
• Evaluate and coordinate the deployment of new product releases.
• Communicate progress, impediments, and technical impacts daily with the Agile team and stakeholders.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure application quality, utilizing continuous integration techniques.

Required Skills:

• Software Engineering experience, including SDLC expertise.
• ServiceNow application development experience (ServiceNow GRC application), focusing on platform technologies, workflows, and integrations.
• JavaScript development experience.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Preferred with ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, and CAD.
• Experience with risk management applications and Node.js. Benefits
