Job Title: IT ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT ServiceNow platform support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities
- Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- User Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow platform issues, resolving incidents, problems, and catalog tasks related to ServiceNow.
- Development: Work on development projects as assigned by the Deputy Director, developing requested functionality with the ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Changes, etc.).
- Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Document development work in assigned agile stories and capture resolution or closure notes in incidents, problems, and catalog tasks. Requirements
- Experience: At least years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT service management.
- Licenses/Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification is required. Benefits
