ServiceNow Engineer

This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks.

Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise. Responsibilities:

• Work onsite 3 days a week in Charlotte office (Hybrid work model).
• Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications (Required/Preferred based on level):

• (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator
• (CAD) Certified Application Developer
