ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

ServiceNow Platform Architect:

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow architect to support the Enterprise Systems Department at our location.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including integrations with third-party technologies and cloud services.

• Lead technical direction for a cross-functional team of engineers.
• Design and integrate ServiceNow solutions with other platforms and cloud services.
• Innovate integration solutions to enhance data consistency and integrity across platforms.
• Develop and share integration standards, strategies, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical expertise to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Research, analyze, and recommend new technologies to improve platform capabilities.
• Document overall platform architecture, technology plans, and implementation details.
• Assist in sprint and release planning to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Mature and implement security solutions to meet evolving compliance requirements and maintain secure environments.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflow diagrams, and support Configuration/Change Control Board & Governance Board submissions and presentations.
• Participate in technical calls to understand products, services, and potential changes in scope or priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering or mathematics.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities.
• Experience in designing and leading complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of Navy business processes.
• Familiarity with software design lifecycle methodologies.
• Proven experience leading multifunctional teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical designs and integration principles clearly.
