We’re looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to manage and enhance our ServiceNow platform. This role involves hands-on administration, configuration, and workflow development, supporting ITSM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM across the organization.
This is a contract to hire role at the office located at Anaheim, CA.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Manage users, roles, access, and platform updates
- Build workflows using Flow Designer, Studio, and scripting
- Configure core modules: Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Asset Management
- Develop and maintain system integrations via REST/SOAP APIs
- Support integrations with tools like Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Tanium
- Automate routine tasks and optimize system performance
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards
- Create documentation, dashboards, and reporting for KPIs
- Stay current on platform updates and recommend improvements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ServiceNow tools
- Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, LDAP)
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently or in a team
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Application Developer
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
- ITIL Foundation Certification
