ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (Hybrid work model).
• Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments. Desired Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications (Required/Preferred based on level)

Professionals with mid-level expertise should hold (CSA) Certified Systems Administrator certification and have 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience. Senior engineers should possess (CAD) Certified Application Developer certification and 3+ years in ServiceNow application development. Lead/Architects should have 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, architecture, and operational lead-level experience. About Us
