Senior Human Resources Developer

Job Description

This role involves implementing ServiceNow solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices with HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro.

• Responsible for implementing ServiceNow solution design.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements.
• Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers. Required Skills and Qualifications
• BS Degree in a technical field and 10 years of experience is required.
• 7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform - ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups.
• At least 4+ years of experience in implementation and development of ServiceNow applications and integration with third party applications and in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform using Flow Designer, Workflow
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, Angular.js, PowerShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience in the administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of roles/groups, modification of Service Portal, CMS, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Client Scripts, Data Policies, Inbound Actions, Import Sets, Catalog Items/Order Guides/Record Producers/Wizards, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.
