Job Description">We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow.Key Responsibilities:">

• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow
• Lead the review and resolution of open cases, problems, and changes while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
• Implement and optimize ITIL-based processes within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure all development activities align with security protocols
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain documentation for all system configurations and customizations
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end users
• Participate in change management and release activities ">Requirements">To be successful in this role, you will need:Education and Experience:">
• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
• 13 years relevant experience with High School Diploma or equivalent ">Technical Skills:">
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Demonstrated experience with ITIL frameworks and processes
• Strong background in JavaScript, AngularJS, and web services
• Experience in AI integration and automation such as automating workflows or analyzing AI-driven insights
• Proven track record of working in cloud-based environments ">Clearance">Active top secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required for this role.
