As a Platform Developer, you design and configure the technical solution on the ServiceNow FSM to ensure successful deployment. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements and complete the development of the agreed-upon solution. Certification:

Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM certification

Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, Service Now CAD Good-to-Have

At least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow FSM projects

Implemented at least one complex FSM project

Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred Roles & Responsibilities

Solid understanding of creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.

Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine

Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration

Understanding of key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.

Experience with scripting in ServiceNow, with both standard scripting tools and ServiceNow accelerators

Experience with working or developing with JavaScript-HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS (a plus)
