ServiceNow Asset Admin

Title: ServiceNow Asset Admin Location: NYC, NY 10004 Duration: 12 month contract Position

Job Description:

Perform analysis of the Client's Information Technology asset management database. Analyze department inventories; review and refine existing processes and procedures, research new part/model information; write reports for scheduled distribution; and analyze maintenance costs. Track Client's computer-related assets. Evaluate, define, recommend, and implement new asset management systems and modules.

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a related field.
• Proven experience with IT asset management - ServiceNow ITAM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
