looking for a ServiceNow Administrator . In this position, you will support an account in a steady-state. Expectations are that the resource is able to handle day to day support in addition to small enhancement requests. The ServiceNow Administrator will work closely with the ServiceNow Developer to support the account needs within the ITSM modules of ServiceNow. Candidates should have the ability to manage a ServiceNow environment, including the promotion of update sets, upgrades, data loading, testing, etc.
Three to five years of:
- ServiceNow Administration skills
- Agile
- Problem determination skills
A minimum of three to six years of experience with the ability to:
- Promote code in ServiceNow
- Test code and work defects to resolution
- Work service requests to completion AND
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (desired)
