We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic IT team This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor in upgrading our ServiceNow platform to Xanadu and supporting core ITSM processes including ITIL-based Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Discovery, and Vulnerability Management You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the platform operates smoothly, securely, and effectively, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service
W2 only no C2C or third-party candidates.
- Lead and support the upgrade of ServiceNow for point releases and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption
- Manage and configure the ServiceNow platform, including core modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Discovery, and Vulnerability Management
- Perform regular platform maintenance, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements to improve workflow efficiency and user experience
- Maintain data integrity within the ServiceNow platform by regularly auditing and updating configuration and asset information
- Design, develop, and implement new features or solutions that align with business needs
- Provide end-user training and support to maximize platform utilization
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, tools, and emerging features to ensure the platform remains optimized and secure
- Maintain integration between ServiceNow and ClickSend e-mail to phone integration
- Problem Analysis including repeat incident analysis and resolution tracking
- Report creation and data gathering for external and internal audit
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on expertise in ITSM modules
- ServiceNOW Certified System Administrator Vancouver
- Bachelor s degree is required for this role
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Vulnerability Management modules
- JavaScript programming is required
- Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade processes, with specific experience upgrading to Xanadu or other recent versions
- Solid knowledge of platform configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to work with the Business
