Role: ServiceNow Project Manager (NO H1B, OPT)

Location: Austin, TX

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep, significant Program/Project Management experience—managing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations, multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
• Deep ServiceNow knowledge—including implementation experience across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CSM)
• Outstanding coordination, planning, and executive presence—must be articulate, confident presenting with C-Level stakeholders
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including running Scrum ceremonies where needed
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with 3rd-party tools and managing CSDM-aligned architectures

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program delivery of ServiceNow projects: planning, execution, delivery, and monitoring
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics for multiple parallel ServiceNow tracks
• Direct coordination with onsite stakeholders, offshore/nearshore architects, and delivery teams
• Enforce program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and timely status reporting
• Provide strategic insights and roadmap recommendations (e.g., CSDM re-architecture, asset/integration modernization)
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making at executive levels
• Mentor junior PMs, coordinate with BAs and Dev teams for alignment on deliverables

Required Experience & Certifications:

• 8+ years in IT project/program management; minimum 3+ years on ServiceNow-focused programs
• Managed enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations including modules like ITAM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITSM/ITOM
• Experience working in containerized/agile environments, utilizing tools like Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow PPM
• Strong stakeholder management, with demonstrated ability to present to and influence executives
• Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, SAFe Agile, ServiceNow CSA/SI
