In this key technical architect position, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.

  • Participate in process flow analysis and redesign to optimize business processes.

  • Provide architectural and technical direction for design and implementation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

  • Conduct custom or out-of-the-box demonstrations as required to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Leverage subject matter expertise and industry best practices to drive innovation and excellence in ServiceNow implementations.

  • Develop detailed functional design documents that accurately capture customer needs and requirements.

  • Collaborate with other technical architects to create comprehensive technical specifications for custom development and systems integration projects.

  • Contribute to effort estimates and participate in discussions to ensure accurate project planning and execution.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow knowledge through self-study, training, and hands-on experience with various features and modules.

Do you have the skills to succeed in this role? We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a proven track record in ServiceNow technologies, and comfortable working in a dynamic technical environment with a rapidly expanding customer base.

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent, with a strong foundation in software development and architecture.

  • Advanced experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Service Mapping application/modules, including TRM and TPM.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM and Service Mapping configuration/implementation, custom development, and scoped applications.

  • Proficiency in client-side development, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, AJAX, and related technologies.

  • Experience with server-side development, including Glide Server APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and related technologies.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs.

  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture, and experience managing expectations and priorities.

  • Familiarity with project methodologies and the ability to work on multiple projects with varying complexity.

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support operations.

  • 3-6 years of ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation experience.

  • Proven solutions consulting experience and the ability to simplify complex solutions.

  • Good understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CAD, APM, and Service Mapping.
