ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, Global Technology

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work with our Deloitte Technology team to create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations. You will collaborate with diverse teams to set-up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms and perform system and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Set-up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms
• Perform system and integration testing
• Recommend Administration settings and best practices
• Collaborate with diverse teams

Requirements:

• At least 5-6 years of ServiceNow experience, including custom development, configuration
• At least 2-3 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience
• ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services
• Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow
• Customize ServiceNow UI and Service Portal through use of UI pages, CMS, CSS and Service Portal widgets
• Working knowledge of integrations and migrations
• Deep understanding of ITIL
• Working understanding of ServiceNow administration settings and deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale ServiceNow implementations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to IT and business leaders
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with development best practices, existing and emerging technology platforms, and industry trends
• Experience with formal software development methodologies, with a focus on Agile
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator is a must
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & CAD is a great bonus
