About the Role:

• Develop, configure and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITIL-based processes.
• Perform hands-on development and code reviews ensuring best practices in coding, extensibility, integration and security.
• Lead implementation tasks including requirements gathering, testing and solution design.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation using the Knowledgebase Module.
• Develop system integrations and automated workflows using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Monitor system health and ensure compliance with IT audit standards.

Required Skills:

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or application owner.
• Proven experience in highly regulated environments (MICS, PCI, SOX).
• Solid understanding of ITSM practices and ITIL processes.
• Experience working with CMDB and PPM.
• Advanced skills in scripting and web-based technologies.
