ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and defect resolutions.

Your responsibilities will include researching and advising on existing and upcoming capabilities of ServiceNow, as well as implementing solutions to incidents and requests. You will also be required to update standards and procedures documentation as needed, coordinate and publish HR Knowledgebase articles, and create automated test scripts for future upgrade releases.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of business and system processes, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to build trust and maintain solid working relationships with key business partners. Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow configuration experience
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Coding experience - Javascript and Python
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 2+ years Business / Systems Analyst experience

You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize under tight deadlines. Your attention to detail is essential, as you will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
