Enterprise ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and maintenance of critical functions for mission clients. This individual will directly support the division in creating and refining their ServiceNow instance for enterprise-wide use. Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge.
• Evaluate existing systems and propose recommendations, including software development, integration, and testing.
• Communicate effectively with technical and managerial staff to answer questions relating to developed requirements.
• Perform system engineering as needed to maximize efficiencies. Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• System engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations.
• Experience designing and/or developing product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of ServiceNow modules.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow out-of-the-box automation and integration capabilities to develop division solutions. Benefits
