IT ServiceNow Solutions Designer

The ideal candidate has extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, having successfully developed and implemented multiple IT system roadmaps over the course of their career. They must have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components, as well as experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, and CSS to meet specific business needs.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities to optimize ServiceNow performance and scalability. Requirements:
• 16+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
• 16+ years of experience building an IT system roadmap
• 16+ years of experience in system diagramming/modeling using structured modeling language like UML
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols
• Experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM
