This executive position is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering maximum value. The role combines technical expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and active leadership to drive digital transformation through ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other modules.

The successful candidate will champion organizational initiatives, enhance processes, and maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends. They will collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.

• Drive strategic process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across the team, department, and/or business unit.
• Provide subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects.
• Direct training and development opportunities, including stretch assignments, for team members and give honest and open feedback to aid in the development of talent.
