Type: Contract

About the Role:
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Tech Leads to join a global digital transformation initiative. This role is part of a core ServiceNow team focused on designing and implementing Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical delivery and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design and implement ServiceNow OM and SPM modules including simple and complex order capture and orchestration, Demand, Project, and Resource Management, EAP implementation, CSM Portal implementations, Integrations with third-party tools, and review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate user stories into ServiceNow features with minimal customization.
- Collaborate with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design.
- Support junior and senior developers, providing guidance and hands-on assistance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM.
- Strong knowledge of Configuration Security Design Model (CSDM), Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR, Integration Hub and scripted APIs, Portal management and customization.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Sales and Ordering processes.
- Familiarity with EAP and CSM modules.
- Technical assessment will be part of the selection process.
