Key Requirements for the ServiceNow ITSM Developer Position Essential Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery & Governance Risk Compliance) to meet business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI Actions, and Client Scripts to automate complex business processes.
• Develop catalogs and create Flow Designer layouts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Expertise in Incident Management, including resolution and escalation processes, SLA Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Manage Problem Resolution, Workarounds, and Change Management, including risk assessment, impact analysis, change planning, and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of Knowledge Management and hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting Language. Preferred Qualifications:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
